WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Warranty: Revival will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase via a copy of your receipt or credit card / bank statement.
Any modifications or additions you make to the original jewelry will void the Revival warranty.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Return Procedure: Please email info@jewelrytolife.com with the subject "Warranty Claim." with photos of your defective jewelry. Our team will reply with shipping instructions and a claim number.
Repairs: If your jewelry is not covered under warranty or there is no proof of purchase, your jewelry can be repaired for a small fee. In some cases your jewelry may not be able to be repaired. We also offer service and replacement of your lens and image for a fee. In some cases your jewelry may not be able to be repaired.
