Warranty and Repairs
Warranty: Revival will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase.
Any modifications or additions you make to the original jewelry will void the Revival warranty.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Warranty Return Procedure: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Warranty Claim." with photos of your jewelry. Our team will reply with shipping instructions and a claim number.
Repairs: If your jewelry is not covered under warranty or there is no proof of purchase, your jewelry can be repaired for a small fee. In some cases your jewelry may not be able to be repaired. We also offer service and replacement of your lens and image for a fee.
