COVID Policies and Procedures
To ensure your safety, our jewelry is shipped in a Revival Jewelry box that is packed in a polybag mailer or box, free from direct contact. Along with being tested for COVID, our team members wear protective gear including, but not limited to gloves and masks when handling jewelry. We have protocols in place to ensure contaminant-free work areas. Only Revival employees are allowed into our production and fulfillment areas.
To ship our products, we use USPS First-Class for standard service, FedEx for expedited service in the U.S., and UPS for expedited international service. You can visit USPS.COM, FEDEX.COM and UPS.COM to view their COVID policies and procedures.
